  • Step 2 – Fill in your personal details

    We will use your contact details to arrange your initial consultation.

  • Step 3 - Attend your free consultation

    Your first consultation is free and expected to last up to 15 minutes. During this we will describe our process, explain the structure of an Islamic Will, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Step 4 - Select your appointment

    After your free consultation, we will send you an email or text message confirming your appointment date to be held remotely by phone or video call. The email will also provide you with instructions for payment of the initial consultation fee.

  • Step 5 - Attend consultation for Will draft

    The consultation for your Islamic Will draft will be with a certified Will consultant. This is expected to take 30-40minutes.

    A summary of the information to be included in your Islamic Will will be sent to you by email for your approval.

  • Step 6 - Review and approve Will draft

    Following approval of your Will draft information, the fee for the complete Will document will be due from you. Once paid, your completed Will will be sent to you by email for your checking and approval .

    Once approved, the printed Final Will document with supporting information will be sent to you by Royal Mail “Signed For” delivery (within the UK).
